The blood of Jesus on the cross brings:
- Protection. Just as the blood on the door posts brought protection to the Israelites the bllod and resurrection on Jesus provides protection for everyone who believes.
- Deliverance and authority. The blood delivers us from sin. Jesus has authority over Satan.
- Forgiveness, The blood provides forgiveness of our sins.
- Peace of mind. We can be assured of our salvation because of what Jesus did on the cross and His resurrection.
